Rosy Kaduku holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Business Law from the University of Goma. She has stood out through her participation in moot court competitions on international humanitarian law and human rights, and now mentors many young people in public speaking contests, educational programs, and activities promoting peace and social cohesion—particularly in the Great Lakes region.

As Chora Congo’s Country Director, she works to ensure that young people grow in an environment where they can fully realize their potential, develop leadership skills, and become agents of sustainable change. Also an entrepreneur in the fashion sector, Rosy conveys messages of hope, peace, and resilience through her designs. Committed, versatile, and deeply rooted in her community, she embodies a dynamic Congolese youth ready to build a more just and united future.
