Entrepreneurship Moves into Action
Recap of a particularly inspiring session at the Institut Zanner, where Chora Congo’s 7th weekly session put entrepreneurship into practice. This time, theory gave way to action thanks to the presence of four ground-level entrepreneurs who came to share their real-life experience with the programme’s students.
“What is your dream?”: A question that leaves its mark
It was with the striking question “What is your dream?” that Harmonie Mauwa, General Director of Kabuzi Agro-Industrie, launched the session. Alongside her, three other inspiring leaders spoke: Jonathan Tshatamba, CEO of Upgrade Photography, Igor Bahati, co-founder of Nature Seed, and Neema Nzanzu, General Director of Nezby Business.
Concrete and hopeful testimonies
Over more than two hours, these four entrepreneurs delivered sincere and concrete testimonies. They shared their journeys, the challenges overcome, the opportunities seized, but above all their passion for engaged entrepreneurship that is meaningful and serves the community. From the agro-industrial sector to professional photography, through natural seeds and local business initiatives, each journey illustrated one reality: entrepreneurship is not just a business matter, it is an act of personal and collective transformation.
The beneficiary students had the opportunity to ask questions freely, exchange with the speakers, and draw inspiration from these living models. The energy in the room was palpable: vocations awakened, eyes lighting up, momentum revived. A youth ready to move from survival to creation, armed with confidence, know-how and audacity.
Drawing the Future Together
At Chora Congo, we believe that drawing the future begins by meeting those who have already traced it. This 7th session is living proof.
Thank you to Harmonie Mauwa, Jonathan Tshatamba, Igor Bahati and Neema Nzanzu for their generosity and commitment. Thank you to the students of Institut Zanner for their curiosity and determination.
Together, we continue to trace the path.
