A decisive turning point for our young leaders

Goma, 25 February After several months of intensive training, our learners have reached a decisive milestone: the presentation of their projects to the mentors.

This is no longer just a learning session, it is the moment to demonstrate their vision. Accompanied by mentors, these young leaders pitched concrete solutions to address the challenges of their communities.

The next generation is ready. The future is being drawn right now. We are proud to see this youth daring and taking initiative!

From vague to precise: refining projects with mentor feedback

The session on 25 February marked a turning point: moving from assimilation to production. Our learners faced constructive feedback from our mentors to refine their work. The goal? To go from “vague” to “precise” in order to build solid projects.

Under the guidance of the mentors, each team had to name its ambition (project naming), justify the urgency of its action, and structure its vision for Congo.

One does not become a project designer by birth, but through work and constructive criticism.

Drawing the future together

At Chora Congo, we believe that drawing the future begins by turning ideas into concrete projects. This session is living proof.

Thank you to the mentors for their constructive feedback and valuable guidance. Thank you to the learners for their courage, determination and audacity.

Together, we continue to trace the path.
